 | Professor Jizhong Zhu, IEEE Fellow South China University of Technology Jizhong Zhu is a Professor of South China University of Technology, and National Distinguished Expert. He is an IET Fellow, IEEE PES Smart Building, Loads, Customer Systems Technical Committee member, Chair of IEEE SBLC Load Subcommittee, Chair of IEEE SBLC Asia-Pacific Working Group, IEEE SMC Technical Committee on Intelligent Power and Energy Systems Technical Committee member. He is also an Expert of IEEE 2030.9 Standard WG on Micro-grids, Expert of International Electrotechnical Commission WGs IEC SEG6, IEC TC22 AHG1, IEC TC22 AHG2, respectively, and Chair of IEEE Standard IEEE P2781 - Load Modeling and Simulation for Power Systems. Dr. Zhu has worked at ALSTOM Grid Inc. in Washington State, Howard University in Washington, D.C., the National University of Singapore, Brunel University in England, and Chongqing University in China. He was a Senior Principal Power Systems Engineer as well as a Fellow with ALSTOM Grid Inc., and an honorable advisory professor of Chongqing University. He has published six books as an author and co-author, as well as about two hundred papers in the international journals and conferences. His research interest is in the analysis, operation, planning and control of power systems, smart grid, power markets as well as applications of renewable energy. |
 | Professor Fushuan Wen, IEEE Fellow Zhejiang University, China Professor Fushuan Wen received the B.E. and M.E. degrees from Tianjin University, Tianjin, China, in 1985 and 1988, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree from Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China, in 1991, all in electrical engineering. He joined the faculty of Zhejiang University in 1991, and has been a full professor and the director of the Institute of Power Economics and Information since 1997, and the director of Zhejiang University-Insigma Joint Research Center for Smart Grids since 2010. His research interests include: 1) power economics and electricity markets; 2) power system investment, planning and operation optimization; 3) smart grids and electric vehicles; 4) power system alarm processing, fault diagnosis and system restoration; 5) artificial intelligence applications in power and integrated energy systems. He has published 200+ SCI-indexed papers, 610+ EI-indexed papers, and 710+ Scopus-indexed papers. Prof. Wen is the editor-in-chief of Energy Conversion and Economics (IET, Wiley), the deputy editor-in-chief of Journal of Automation of Electric Power Systems, an editor of IEEE Transactions on Power Systems and IEEE Power Engineering Letters, a subject editor in power system economics of IET Generation, Transmission and Distribution, associate editor of Journal of Energy Engineering and Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy. He is also on the editorial boards of more than 10 journals. Prof. Wen was elected to IEEE Fellow for contributions to fault diagnosis in power grids in November, 2020. |

 | Professor MEENAKSHI SHARMA, IEEE Senior Member Galgotias University, Greater Noida MEENAKSHI SHARMAI is a highly qualified professional with an M.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering and have been awarded a Ph.D in Computer Science (both from Kurukshetra University) for her extensive experience in academics and research. She is currently employed with the University Center of Research & Development (UCRD) as Dean and Professor in the School of Computer Science & Engineering at Galgotias University, Greater Noida. The research interest lies in Machine Learning (ML), Image Processing, Big Data Analytics, Data Compression, and Digital & Data Warehousing. She has to her credit a total of 60+ research publications in IEEE transaction, SCIE, SCI, and Scopus in ML, Deep Learning, and AI in collaboration with International Authors. She has 4 international Grant Patents and 7 Indian Patents. She was bestowed with the ‘Best Research and Teacher’ award for five consecutive years (2017-21). She has capably guided 3 Ph.D candidates and 40+ students in UG/PG, with 5 currently under guidance. |

 | Professor Miaowen Wen, IEEE Senior Member South China University of Technology, China Miaowen Wen received the B.S. degree from Beijing Jiaotong University, Beijing, China, in 2009, and the Ph.D. degree from Peking University, Beijing, China, in 2014. From 2012 to 2013, he was a Visiting Student Research Collaborator with Princeton University, Princeton, NJ, USA. He is currently an Associate Professor with South China University of Technology, Guangzhou, China, and a Hong Kong Scholar with The University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong. He has published a Springer book entitled Index Modulation for 5G Wireless Communications and 150+ research papers, which include 100+ journal papers and 50+ conference papers. His research interests include a variety of topics in the areas of wireless and molecular communications. Dr. Wen was the recipient of four Best Paper Awards from the IEEE ITST’12, the IEEE ITSC’14, the IEEE ICNC’16, and the IEEE ICCT’19, and was the winner in data bakeoff competition (Molecular MIMO) at IEEE Communication Theory Workshop (CTW) 2019, Selfoss, Iceland. |
